Jiffy Lube ruined my car. They damaged my window by forcing it then denied they did the damage. A little suspicious since their coverage states they washed all windows. I have used this place in the past and they always washed all windows but this one time they don't wash my driver side window???
On top of this they accused me of running the car without oil. I just checked the dipstick and it was fine. I have seen other reviews where they complain about Jiffy Lube using this same accusation. The ploy here is to get you to purchase an engine flush.
I will never use them again. Perhaps if they would hire capable people rather than a bunch of 19 year old kids they would be competent (and have fewer complaints)!!!

That's awful that you had this happen to u! I always worry when it comes to car repairs, especially for me being a woman, becuz I know absolutely nothing about cars & many places will take advantage of something like that.
