I visited this Jiffy Lube January 22nd, and had an oil change and asked them to change the fuel filter as well. While working on the fuel filter, the employee leaned on the wrong spot and cracked my radiator. He admitted to it, until the owner came over to see. The owner denied that they had touched that area, and refused to discuss it. I have given him a couple of opporrtunities since to discuss it. I will be filing for the costs in small claims. oh, thats a 0 stars by the way.
