After many years of renting high-rise condominium apartments downtown, I'm finally looking to buy a three or four bedroom house north of the city. I found Move Up Realty through friends and have received great treatment from Slava Shelepin and Jay Frenkel, who are very friendly and easy to work with.. They know my budget and are trying their best to find exactly what I'm looking for, having already helped me get my paperwork in order with my bank, which was no easy matter. Im very impressed with their knowledge and easy going attitude. I have a feeling we'll be friends for years after this, whether I buy through them or not.
