Frank's European Cars

I had 2 of my cars damaged well parked in his care. He left them in the street in front & when I picked them up the bumpers were damaged. This is on 3 separate vehicles & two diff times. One had a huge hole in it, I had to have the body kit refiberglassed and painted to match the custom pearl paint. The other car was hit by something and left scraped and scuffed & the new tinted windows - film was all peeling off & cut. Both times he just shrugged it off. I used him for years. Always a good customer paying cash. I always heard "just wait" from x customers of his - Some times he would be super rude and tell me to leave and not to watch him work when I was just waiting to talk to him about my car which I had an issue with & sometimes he would chat me up. Very strange behavior. He was close to my house and worked on the kind of vehicles I owned so I did keep going back. (That's The one thing I regret) the last time I talked to him, I had already scheduled an apt and because of the two damages to my car, I asked if he had a space for my car in lot or inside, he said I don't know. The morning of me having to drop it at his shop, he called me and said he doesn't ever want me to do buis with him again cause I "care about my cars too much" and cause I asked him to put it in Inside the shop. First of all my two cars were damaged THERE. I deserve my cars to be in good care as a paying customer. I've heard horror stories about frank. The guys crazy. Stay away!!!!!!!
