Fountain Tire

I've previously had my seasonal tires changed over at this location and they were able to get me in quickly when everyone else in town was booking at least 4 days out, the customer service was great.

Today though, I was beyond impressed. Last night I discovered that one of my tires had gone nearly flat, the night before I was to leave to the interior, to go to my parents 40th wedding anniversary party.

I contacted Paul at Fountain Tire first thing this morning, and was told to bring it in so they could have a look.
They got my car in within 10 minutes of me dropping it off ( without an appointment) and discovered a hole in the interior sidewall which meant it had to be replaced instead of repaired.

They popped the spare on so that I could be mobile and continue packing up all my things for my road trip while the new tire was on its way to the shop.

Exactly at the time I was told the new tire would arrive, they took my keys again and got the new tire on, within 20 minutes of the tire arriving.

So, without an appointment, I was able to take my car in, get a new tire, and be back on the road in under 4 hours.

I was even able to make my ferry reservation and now I'll be able to make it to my parents very important celebration.
