Bad experience and still is , my order number was 1600 way back September 15, 2020 21/2 years I’ve been waiting on them to make my still or to get my money back . Paid them $420 they won’t give me my money back , they say I have to wait till the still comes to me which could be 10 years and then if I don’t want it I’ll return it for a restocking charge of 50% what a bunch of crooks filthy liars !!!!!

Bought my first TDN still from Amazon, love it so much I bought a second, larger still directly from TDN. Both stills are beautiful and well made. Jon from TDN was great to deal with, very happy with both my purchases and would absolutely recommend!

This is amazing! They only requires $1 deposit only on every order which means you can actually put $1 dollar only while you are waiting your unit to be done..NO HEADACHES..It's so refreshing to see a business like this in todays day and age! Not everything is meant to be AMAZON or ALIBABA!
I just spoke to Jon on the phone and they are ready to work with their customers. It's important to support the small and private businesses that run on human values that you want your children to experience as well.

Great work. I was fortunate to visit them on sit eand watch them craft mine. Their methods are excellent and their QC is great, rigoursly ensuring there are no leaks. They even informed me that they were short on the parrot and promptly shipped it to me when it was complete. Highly recommend.

I ordered this awesome piece of hand made art work and was blown away how well crafted it was. I love it. You can't buy hand crafted items much. Everything machine made. NOT THIS! This takes skill and dedication to a lost art. It may take time but what great piece of art doesn't take time. Definitely buy from these guys again.
