Elk Lake Certigard

1. My car had been diagnosed by Certigard Patricia Hwy few months ago because the Check Engine light was on. After they have got the codes from the computer, they just gave it to me without telling what the codes means. They told me that they don't know the meaning of the codes and advised me to bring it to the dealer where my car had been purchased. They should tell me that they might be having a problem to determine the meaning of the codes so that I will not let them diagnose the car, and instead I bring it to the dealer to avoid wasting of my time.
2. My car had been oil changed few weeks ago in the same Certigard auto center. Before I brought my car to their shop I am 100% sure that all car's windows were properly working. When I brought the car home I found out that the right window in front was broken.
