I brought my '20 440I in to CG to have my dme unlocked so I could tune it and the first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors of the shop was the cleanliness and all around outstanding look of their showroom and shop, I was greeted like an old friend by their manager Jackson who then promptly got my car into the shop to begin the dme unlock, he kindly directed me in the direction to find some food as the appointment was at 8am and I just got off the ferry, I returned and waited in their awesome waiting area until the procedure had been completed.

Although the job took slightly longer than I had been quoted Jackson honored his quote. All in all outstanding work and the guys there are just awesome ( texted me multiple days later to ensure my car was running properly)

Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality work on their BMW.

Still waiting on a used part for my older vehicle. Was told I'd be informed- never happened. Even after I called to check, you'd think they'd get on it. Nope, blow off answer and now it's been over 6 months.

Unless you're spending $$$, get ready to be ignored. I'm not the type of customer they want anymore.

The enthusiast spirit is alive and well at CG Motorsports! Both of my cars were serviced this summer - and I am thrilled with the care and attention that my vehicles received. Transmission/differential service is important despite the manufacturer's "lifetime" fluid claim. The dealer had refused to perform this service for me in the past - and I want to keep my cars in serviceable condition for a long time. The fact that the transmission manufacturer has a recommended service interval that BMW chose to override is beyond me. However, the job got done by CG - and the service was punctual and cost-effective. Beyond that, the work performed is CLEAN and tidy - the S63 engine had all of the turbo coolant lines addressed, as well as oil pan gaskets and a complete PCV overhaul, and it looks better than when it was new. The car runs as well as it did many years ago as well. For those of us wanting to keep our older cars alive, CG Motorsports is the place to go.

CG Motorsports is the only place you will ever need to take your BMW to. The customer service is exceptional and the work they did on my older BMW made it run like it was brand new. After working on a big job that took several days, my car also came back fully detailed which to be honest, made my experience that much better. Jackson and Will are the guys to go to for all of your BMW needs and can be trusted to take good care of your ride.

I brought my BMW M2 in for wiring issues and they did a fantastic job. They found and fixed problems from previous poor repairs, replaced what was necessary, and got rid of all fault codes. The car runs smoothly now with no warning lights. Communication was clear and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Highly skilled mechanics, coupled with knowledgeable and helpful front-office staff, make CG Motorsports a special go-to shop for any BMW maintenance needs. They completely renovated my 318is, without any inconvenience to me, because they provided a courtesy car for my use during the renovation process. I can wholeheartedly recommend CG Motorsports. A great shop with great people!

Overall I had a pretty decent experience with this place, their services were fast and good quality but fairly highly priced, although somewhat justified. The customer service was stellar before, during and after the job. The staff I have talked to were for the most part kind and caring, I did have one small misunderstanding with the team, but immediately after they found out about it they rushed to clarify and correct the misunderstanding, they seem to really care about customer satisfaction and that is rare. They have an amazing facility with some amazing builds on display. Nothing major but they did provide me with some services before my expressed permission (installing a O ring to fix a boost leak, I had just wanted to identify the location/cause of) and I wasn’t fully prepared for the cost increase (~$383) but I made it work in the end. Overall good quality service, only real downside is the price but if can you afford it they are more then worth it.

*Excellent*. After a bunch of screwing around through mechanics. I finally decided to travel out to Richmond to get my BMW fixed. They were very quick to get me in on a cancellation. Once in i told them what I thought the issue was, they called me back later that day to let me know that they checked it but the issue was actually coming from my valve cover. They sent out a handy form that allows you to see everything they’ve done along with what needs to be done and what has to be done. So I got my valve cover changed, new spark plugs. All in a couple of days. It was even done earlier than they told me it would be. Hands down great guys, car is running great! Hands down the only place to take your BMW!!!

I had my car serviced at CG Motorsports to replace worn OEM control arms and I left satisfied with my experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, the reception area was very clean and tidy. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency since they took the time to explain the estimate, each charge, and why the final bill deviated from the estimate.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with service shops, most being bad, some being neutral. CG Motorsports stands out as phenomenal. From the easy booking process, to the quick and swift repairs done professionally, this is the place to go for BMW service. Communication was super clear and done through an easy text messaging system. No nonsense, no upselling, just straightforward honest guidance from insightful experts.
