Is it so hard to respect your customer's request? There are multiple reasons why I choose Midas, but unfortunately not the one on Hastings
I wouldn't recommend this business. It's "midas' now. Have had several other names in the past. No BBB accredited, for that matter.
They did the work (which cost more than it should) and then told me I needed additional work that would cost just as much or more. Typically the so called 'courtesy check' is done before and all the estimates are provided up front. I would have replaced the car, as I explained when I dropped it off. This 'bait and switch' approach doesn't deserve your business.
