Have taken Harvey here since I rescued him in 2007 (I think he rescued me!)- everyone has always been very kind, Karina the groomer is wonderful, and so is Dr.John and Lucy at the reception desk. I at one point thought the prices were way to high but upon checking other Vets they are comparable and offer much better hours and many more services - I wouldn't take Harvey anywhere else. Thank you for all you do for our best friends!

They love your pets but at the same time they love your wallet as well, over selling, over charging the top of the adjenda.
They care they give your pet as much as vaccination till the pet screams! Not a bad place for as while as you are willing to pay otherwise seek others as well.

We brought our very sick dog in for an appointment and we were extremly disappointed. While the technicians are very kind and helpful, Dr Allen was pompous, barely interacted with our dog and had a terrible bedside manner. He administered two tests that both came back negative, and then sent us to emeregency. This useless appointment cost us $200.

We will not be returning.

I think the quality of care is excellant at R.Y.A.Hospital.My Cat Brandy gets very hyper and one time he even scratched Dr. Allen. The Doctor stayed calm and cool.The whole staff are kind and good to animals.

The offices are very bright and nicely decorated. Because of this I worried that their fees would be pricey. I find their fees to be perfectly reasonable. The vets are friendly and like cats. The reception staff are great. A really good experience.

RYAH has been absolutely awesome. My little puppy has had to visit them frequently over the past few years as she keeps having accidents -- but she LOVES the people at RYAH, which is a big deal because she's a very timid little dog -- it takes a lot to earn her trust.

Thank you for taking such good care of Pixel. I never have to worry about her there; I know that even when I'm not with her, she's still around very loving and able caretakers that make sure she's comfortable.

I've been to many vets over my lifetime, and this one is the one that has provided me the most peace of mind.
