CSM Window and Door Specialist Inc.

Mike McCormic and his people (not subs) installed a new 8ft width by 4ft height milgard window in our living room. This was a new construction project as we did not have any window on our living room wall. His workers were punctual and worked quietly and diligently and communicated with us accordingly during the week. Mike himself came and inspected the work on two or three times during the week. They also handled the city's inspector visit as we pulled a city permit for this new window construction job which included a header as well.
Two minor things were that the paint job was not properly painted, and Mike immediately sent another painter to re-paint the living room wall. The other delay was that the rubber molding my wife wanted was in back order and this came two weeks after the work was completed. Mike promptly communicated with us and informed us of the delay. This exterior rubber molding was an added bonus Mike ""threw in"" for us.
All in all, we were very pleased and would utilize CSM again for future window - new construction and replacement projects. Mike is a very responsive and easy to talk contractor.

The workers were on time, polite, and very clean..they did a great job ..I am very happy with the results and will be hiring them again to do some more work in the future.

In terms of what they did and how they did it, the workers were great. They do quality work but their prices are high. I am not unhappy with what they did.

Michael's crew removed the grass and put down cement over part of our backyard. We also had them put in three iron gates around the property. The grass was removed last week of January. Then on account of the rain, the cement could not be put down till second week of February. One can't predict the weather, so the delay was understandable. Michael's crew was booked on the days when there was no rain - so waiting for close to two weeks with a dug up yard waiting for the cement to go down was frustrating. However, the end result was worth the wait, and the backyard looks great. We also had some iron gates installed around the property. They came out and measured the space and delivered and installed the doors on schedule. They did their best to match the pattern(on the new gates) with the pattern on the existing gates on the property. Small glitches are bound to happen with any project - in the end, the yard and the gates look and work great. It was a positive experience and will hire Michael in the future.

I was pleased that CSM was willing to repair the window rather than just replace it as the other contractors I contacted wanted to do. CSM adjusted the two sliding components and fixed the locks so the window is in excellent working order now.

It was not an easy task but he had the skill and patience to complete the job in a reasonable time. Everyone I dealt with at CSM was very professional and I believe their charges were very fair.

It went well. From the beginning with Sean helping us decide on the right door to Roberto doing the install, everything was up front and all our questions were answered. We love our new door. I would use them again.

During the sale of my home, the purchaser required a repair to a window before closing could be completed. CSM responded immediately when I explained the repair must be done to close the sale of my house. The service tech was very knowledgeable and skillfully made the repair quickly. Their charge was reasonable, with no extra fee for immediate service.

This is the second time we have worked with CSM. Their prices are unbeatable and the quality is top notch. Other than them sending me the wrong quote at first, it was a great experience. Their people are true craftsman. I plan to use them on my next project as well.

Michael (owner) met me with initially to make sure he had a clear understanding the nature of repairs and then dispatched two highly qualified and experienced employees to perform repairs. The work was of high quality and was done in a very professional manner. When I asked for some additional refinements, Michael sent out crew immediately. If you need help with doors or windows, these are your guys.

This crew was absolutely professional, courteous, and respectful. They also cleaned up after each day's work which was a big, big help. Estimator (Michael) was very professional and had everything measured perfectly - there was no need to REorder any of the windows, which kept the timeline of the job just as they had told us it would be. They did great work. Happy to refer them to family, friends and neighbors with confidence.

I used CSM Window and Door to replace windows and sliding glass door. I had a very good experience dealing with them. They have several different variety windows which was good and they kept the place clean and did good work. The windows look beautiful when they were done. They finished everything on time and their was no problems. They kept us up to date on the installation date on when the windows came in.

CSM was very responsive from the first contact. Pricing was reasonable, and the product and installation quality was superb. I would highly recommend CSM and am already having them quote other work. With so many contractors flaking out and never returning calls, CSM was a welcome change. The owner, Michael, seems to take genuine interest and care in the work that his company performs.

CSM came in with a good price and both the doors and windows are good quality. I painted the doors myself saving some $. The estimator was right on time the 2 times he came to see us (initial estimate and follow-up to verify measurements and sign the contract). The installation team also arrived on time, they were very courteous and did a good job installing and cleaning up. I'd use CSM again for any future work.
