The guys wife that works here likes to pad the bill. This company is why most auto mechanic shops have a bad name. You kind of take their word for it at first because you trust them because they come across as being so friendly. BIG MISTAKE. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt until I realized what this place is all about. They lie to you about when your vehicle will be ready and when it actually is ready they don"t bother calling you. I also had both ball joints replaced and they forgot to put grease in them. I brought it back the next day and was told " ya stuff like that happens " Makes me wonder if they know what a grease gun is for. Pay the extra money and go to a Dealer if you have to. Your going to save in the long run...

I had an issue with the my tire alignment and needed to have it dealt with right away. After calling 5 or 6 other shops in the Edmonton area I was finding that nobody was going to be able to take my car in and finish it before 12pm so I could scoot into work and make back some of the money I was to lose on this repair. I then had the unfortunate luck of dialing up this "GEM" of a business Urban performance. After relaying my circumstances to the seemingly nice man on the other end of the phone he had stated that "there would be NO problem having it finished for me before 12pm" I let out a sigh of relief and was now on my way over to their shop. After giving me a ride home (in my own vehicle) It was now time to sit and wait for the vehicle to be finished. Appx. 10:15am the phone rings and I was informed that one of my tie rods was bent and needed repair (understandable!) I voiced my concern of having my vehicle finished by 12pm and once again they replied :not a problem" it is now 4:30pm no phone calls, my day at work is now shot, so I decide to give them a call. A receptionist by the name of tanya answers and says hello. I continued to ask what is the status on my vehicle? she then replies in a laughing kind of giggly tone its been done since noon! I asked her why I had no phone call to inform me about this and she replies..."well I had a doctors appointment" well thats just great I reply in an unforgiving tone. I then ask what time do you close at? she replies "5pm" nice now I have to rush find a taxi and make it half way across town before they lock up and keep my car overnight causing me to lose another days pay.

They run this company like a joke! it is very unprofessional and would deter anyone from ever going to this shop for any kind of car maintenance.. they have changed addresses as well... their new location is 6320 Davies Rd NW for the love of god... please do not go there!!!
