Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was extremely disappointed with enterprise's customer consideration and organization. I had booked a very specific style of car in advance for a driving test, for which if I failed I would no longer be able to drive. With this being said I have also been a loyal customer spending $1000s in rentals through them.
I go in to pick up my car and due to car extensions from other who have cars from days before he gave my car away without notifying me. A car I needed for a driving test before moving out of the country, was given away without ANY notice. With that being said I am now very angry and will never go to enterprise again. Completely left me stranded. With some organization and a quick phone call he could've notified me of this and I could have had time to get a rental from out of town.

I never give bad reviews. Unfortunate for this to happen because I strongly support midland businesses.
