ATI Physical Therapy

I did like that the company provides outpatient transportation, however the staff is unproffesional except the Physical Therapists. I've been to other physical therapy locations and the staff engages with you even by offering coffee (Just enjoy the friendliness). Also when a patient sets goals, I have never heard a therapist say until recently that they would never be the same. In other words not be fully functional.This sort of verbage would mentality make me feel hopeless in regards to my injury. The other places have worked well for me unfortunately this place is nearby my home of record, and due to limiting circumstances I can't drive for the moment. As soon as I can I will go onto another location. Please further research other places. Do not come here!
