These guys may treat their regulars well, I dunno. I do know that they tried hard to screw us over on a simple job.
These guys tried to rip off my wife not knowing that hubby was watching. The lies that they threw at her were outrageous. They gave her a ridiculous 1.5 hour quote for a simple 20-40 minute repair job and then threatened to increase the quote if the bolts wouldn't loosen cause they looked rusty. Boo Hoo. When they didn't get the job they pouted and insisted on charging for a "road test"...for a job to replace bolts! They insisted on a $50 inspection fee! I ended up at an exhaust shop and paid a for straight 30 minutes labor and a half dozen bolts! Proof that Silver Star were real opportunistic scumbags in my opinion. Avoid these crooks like the plague. Especially if you are unfamiliar with car repairs. I am really suspicious of 2 the positive reviews I read.

These two words (Honest and Trustworthy) certainly speak volumes about how I feel about Silver Star. Would not go anywhere else.

These guys were so great, I ran into a very serious problem with my vehicle this winter-accelerator was sticking, they got me in immediatley and took care of the problem same day for way cheaper than I expected. I will definetly be refering them to everyone I know! They will now be the place I go for all my repairs..

My Dad recommended them to me and it's easy to see why. Completely trustworthy, and they listen to my needs and give me the more service that i expect. They are honest and fair in thier work and their price.

Honest and you get to talk to the person doing the work. Service the old fashion way :=)
