The residential swimming pool service industry in Central Florida is fragmented with hundreds of small swimming pool service companies. This fragmentation has resulted in inconsistent and often unprofessional swimming pool service.

This void of professional service inspired a former corporate executive to start Probity Pools in Lake Mary, formerly known as Tropical Breeze Pools, in 2006. The goal was to build a professional swimming pool service company that marries the best practices of large companies with the personal touch of a small company.

In early 2015, Probity Pools decided to take our successful business model and expand by recruiting franchisees around the Lake Mary, Florida area. This method of expansion will allow each franchise owner to work closely with their customers, which is the approach that has made Probity Pools successful, while providing resources of a larger organization.
