Trust the midas touch? More like beware the midas touch!! After my most recent experience these guys aren't qualified to top up my washer fluid. Brought one of our vehicles in with one issue, left with a completely different issue resulting in a vehicle that cannot even be driven and its only 5 years old! Bad luck? Odd Coincidence? Maybe...perhaps...but when a company quotes you on 10 hours and assures you they can fix the original issue then holds your vehicle for almost a week, never really explaining the delays (apparently we found out as they pushed the car out of the bay that they had installed the incorrect part and then had to install another one....this from one of their shop guys)....each day its promised back, each day another delay with no explanation...at one point 3 days later we were actually asked for payment indicating that the car would be ready in an hour....paid the bill and NOPE get a call an hour later, sorry it won't be ready, we have to take it apart again (WHAT?)......and when you finally get the call days later, its a sorry we have to tell you this but your car isn't drive able - but no worries we called everyone we know (except me the customer) and its just bad luck (everyone includes getting a diagnosis over the phone that the dead car isnt their issue and a chat with head office)....can you please come collect your car, no worries we didn't charge you extra for the extra hours we put it in......oh and i mention that on top of no plausible explanation for the delays, no mention of having to re-install the part..they also cleared off the error history on the car's computer....worst experience ever.....

I've been to a lot of holes in the wall willing to take your money and offer poor service. Everyone can clearly agree that a positive review is usually based on particular individual service. This is true, and exactly why I write this review...... Talk with Sherry, the owners daughter who runs this place. She has hands on customer five star consideration for her customers. She is also wise enough to employ the best people to fix the vehicles and work for her family's business when she can't be available

How many places can anyone say that about?

Spend wisely. Spend securely. And only trust you vehicles needs to the best ppl Go to 50 ST Midas!!!
