Fell behind on payments. Got into a position where I was able to make partial payments to catch up. They do not accept partial payments. Please make sure you understand this before you get a unit. Unit set for auction Oct 7th. A lifetime of pictures and sentimental items gone. Staff are kind, there is nothing they can do as they are bound by the terms of the contract. Make sure you understand this! And don't fall behind on your payments.

I've had a unit here for several years. I recently needed to downsize, the process was quick and easy and paperwork completed within minutes. The ladies in the office are helpful and knowledgeable, they keep the area clean and check the units every day. Definitely recommend this location

Olena was great. Very informative, personable, and friendly. She was very helpful in our time of need. The unit I rented was clean, has fire protection, elevated up off the ground to prevent water running in during rains, melts, etc. A definite go-to business for storage, as well as, providing lots of moving materials to help out.

Very smooth onboarding and flexible. Tends to have good promotional periods with price reductions. I kept my car in a locker for the winter, and it was easy to transfer to a smaller unit when I didn't need the extra space any longer.

Olena was excellent to deal with. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The site was clean and very well maintained and I felt comfortable knowing our belongings were stored securely. I would recommend sentinel storage to my family and friends.

Great service with the office staff and help with deciding how big of a unit I needed. The unit was perfect for the time that I needed and available right away. The unit was clean and had a light and even during the winter the unit was always kept clear of snow and ice. If I ever needed a storage unit again I would use sentinel.

Just rented a 10×10 to store furniture. Dealt with Olena. She was super friendly. Explained everything clearly so that I understood. Gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how everything works. So far a good experience. We won't be moving in for a month, so we will see how everything goes down the line.

I just rented a 10x20 unit to store my car from November to February.

My overall experience was flawless with the exception of the crazy ice build up on the NW facing units! I would highly suggest going for a SE facing unit if you’re storing over the winter.

Snow removal was always reasonable and the staff was always helpful when needed. I’ll be back again in November!

Super kind and friendly staff. A very low point in life brought me to Sentinel and they were amazing. Clean, well kept grounds and units. Snow and ice taken care of. Wonderful place.

It was my first time renting a Storage Unit and I'm so Happy I Chose Sentinel Storage in Fort Saskatchewan ! What made my choice really special was that Olena who is their representative on site was Fantastic and explained all of my rental agreement and obligations !!!

The manager is very kind and helpful. She cares about people and making sure they feel safe leaving their belongings in storage! Highly recommend this location.

Sentinel Storage in Fort Saskatchewan has been amazing! I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed, but their staff was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. The facility is spotless, and you can tell they take security seriously, which was a big relief. I love how simple it is to access my unit whenever I need to, without any hassle. Overall, if you’re looking for a secure, reliable place to store your stuff, I’d definitely recommend Sentinel Storage. It’s been a great experience!

I rented a storage unit here for 1.5 years. My unit was a 10 x 15, no heat, with a light, and a concrete floor. It was very clean and in great condition. It has easy access in and out, electronic billing, and the staff were always friendly, in person, or on the phone.

Sentinel was very flexible and accommodating to me when I reserved my unit, and then I had to change the date. Both Olena and Sharleen were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help get me registered, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This is the most expensive storage in Canada, $430/ month when uhaul has the same storage for $197 and Gibbons is $93, unless you have money to throw away I will not recommend this place to anyone. Such a rip off. Makes me sick thinking about how much i paid this people.
