It's a great nostalgic building with the old freight elevators which you can load up to 6000 lbs. Secure. Great staff. Highly recommend it !

I came in a bit before 5pm, when their office closed, to let someone know my friend was on their way and needed to talk to someone but was running late due to bussing and traffic. When my friend arrived, it was a few minutes to closing but Henry U. Stayed and served us until after their office closed. He truly went above and beyond for us with an absolutely amazing attitude! Super friendly and funny!

I used Access Storage twice before, with the last time ending in Feb/2018. When I realized that I needed to store most of my belongings, I instantly remembered Access. The young lady who handled my signing up by phone, also provided me with great advice, was patient, condiderate and had a positive personality. She was absoluetly awesome. When I physically went to the storage site that I chose (Higgins), the young lady there was absolutely awesome as well. Both were knowledgable. I say that they are two A pluses for Access Storage. When I finished moving the vast majority of my stuff into my locker, I met that site's maintenance engineer. He took the time to speak to me. More patience and friendliness. Congrats to Access Storage for having those types of employees. And the storage space and layout are tops to me.

Staff at the location was great and really helpful. No problems with a quick 10 day use of the facility. Except when I accidentally set the alarm off, but that was my fault and they were cool.

Henry and team made my experience smooth and easy, plus made me feel safe while moving my items into the basement storage unit. Thanks again

An excellent experience! I had to store my possessions for about a year before relocating, and this facility was perfect for my needs. Service was prompt, polite, and helpful; the unit was accessible whenever I needed it with clear instructions regarding use of freight elevators etc.; the whole facility was kept clean.

It is a bit pricey (although very competitive to other similar facilities), but I would highly recommend it.

I had a unit at the Higgins location for 4 years. Extremely well-maintained building, excellent pest-control, super friendly and helpful staff, understanding & accommodating with late payments. 10/10 highly recommend. Thanks Cynthia!

As a first-time storage unit renter, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, my experience exceeded expectations. A delightful staff member provided me with a comprehensive tour, patiently answering all my questions. I have also observed how she communicates with other customers as well, and she simply exudes kindness

The facility is impressively safe, exceptionally clean, and well lit. The convenience of the garage, accessible via a code, leading to a sheltered docking area, makes for unloading belongings much easier and protected from the elements. There are large pallet carts and spacious freight elevators which makes moving stuff to any floor very convenient.

Additionally, they sell moving supplies which I noticed are very reasonably priced. The cost of the units is reasonable - especially for a heated storage. An additional bonus for me as someone who is into following the Olympics, they are official storage partners of Team Canada, which made me smile :) I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this storage facility!

Christine (the General Manager) and Henry (Access employee) were knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and compassionate, with an infectious positive attitude, on a very stressful and busy day. They made things easy and solved any and every problem that occurred with grace, and in a timely manner. Henry is a compassionate employee and takes the time to listen to you and understand your needs. He will always work with you to best serve your needs! This location has great security and many great features for the clients for ease of access in the storage facility.

It is a great place to store your things if you need to go away for a while. The staff is nice and helpful, especially Henry! He is always there to help. Definitely recommend.

I've been renting one of the new units for a few months now. The staff are really friendly and answered any questions that I had. The new units have good doors and I feel like my stuff is safe in my locker.

I've started using that storage a couple of years ago paying $7 per week but now company have raised fee to $22.50 per week. The question is why. Why is my grave size space triggering increases every 6 months? I can't see any changes in service, rented space but in rental cost. 300%? For what? I'm moving out and you should think twice before moving in because, and mark my word, you'll be paying triple before you know.
