This last review was obviously written by the boss or an employee!!!!!!
These guys were an hour and a half late showing up to move my sister, so unprofessional they didn't even call to let her know they would be late, when my sister called the boss to find out where they were he said oh they are there already, but they were no where to be seen, so the boss was going to find out where they were, for the next 45 minutes my sister was repeatedly calling the boss back to find out what was going on but he had decided to stop answering her calls, it took blocking our number out for him to answer the phone, the team leader that showed up was VERY unprofessional and sloppy and is going to cost this company a TON of business. The team leader by the end was totally reamed out by my little 5 foot 2 sister after he complained about having to wait 5 minutes to get paid, and he was an hour and a half late with no courtesy call to her. unless they happen to get a new team leader - DO NOT use these guys!!!!!! They also did not tape drawers or doors closed on anything they were moving, did not wrap anything like they were supposed to, and were not the most careful with her stuff. If you are moving and like these guys rates make sure you ask if they have a new team leader - since April 1st 2016, if not, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! But I don't want to bash the 2 workers with this team leader (one from newfoundland and the other a soccer player originally from Africa ) - they were pleasent and friendly, it was the team leader that MUST go if the company wants to stay in business.
