I've been bringing an M roadster and an X5 here off warranty for years - I've never had anything other than great experience, advisers who discuss what I need to do vs should do (and what I can hold off on) and no issues with any service. I have a hard time handing my roadster over to anyone - lots of trust in Eurasia.

Never go this place. They would steal your money until the last penny.
I got a check engine sign on my Mercedez R 320 and went to this place.
They did not know the problem and said it was OK and just keep driving and come back if I got the problem again.
I drove for a while and got the check engine on and off and finally car went the limp mode.
So I went to back to this place.
They checked the car again and asked me $4,900 !!!! to fix the problem.
So of course I suspected the problem had been getting worse after they could not found the cause of the problem at first time. But they denied and said it was a different problem.
Anyway I could not trust them at all and escaped from this place with my car.
Moreover, I still had to pay more than $300 only for checking with doing nothing (in fact, wasting of time and losing good chance to fix the problem early).

I brought my volkwagen touareg for them to fix. They charged me $500 but couldnot find out the problem, they even created another problem for my car and refused to fix it unless I pay to fix for their mistake. It's unfair. They are just thievies. Please never come there, otherwise you will loose money and receive more troubles.

Oil leaked out within a day after oil change!! nut was kept loose, vehicle stalled on road. Bad habit of Eurasia service department is not to accept their fault.

I spent and documented over $3000. in repair bills over 3 years with Eurasia. Two simple and seperate issues lasted over 2 years with out the problems being solved. I took my BMW back a total of 6 times regarding these issues, still no resolution.

Frustrated I asked the GM why I should continue doing business with Eurasia? After listening to him explain mechanics do not always know what the problem is I asked him if his mechanics were actually certified and why was he charging rates close to those at the dealership and pretending they could service BMW's?

My next step was to take my auto to a BMW dealership. They fixed both problems with one service. I thought I was going to save $$$ using Eurasia. I trusted Eurasia. No longer. What a run around I received from them.

After buying my fourth BMW I decided to try Eurasia to look after my 540i.This would turn out to be one the best decisions I have had with service.Ralph used to babysit my cars at Bavaria and he only got better and oh yeah, cheaper.
I had an alternator replaced and when it died four months later my car was in and out of the shop in one day with an apology for the faulty part and the service as always was excellent. When my car was towed (roadside assistance)to Edmonton BMW they wanted my first born and handed me a list of "extra things that really should be addressed".The $1200.00 estimate for rad,oil cooler and transmission issues turned out to be a$140.00 Rad hose and did I mention that included an oil change? Thanks Ralph and all the Techs at Eurasia.

I brought my old 911 for an inspection to Eurasia.
They claimed, they had to rebuild the brakes an reseal the engine ( seeps very mildly, which is quite normal for an aircooled 911) and asked for 3600 dollars to get it done.
Then I brought the car to another garage in Edmonton, which could not find any defects at the brakes and agreed, that the mild seepage would be normal.

After searching the BMW forum for a recommended shop in the Edmonton area to service my 2004 E46, I decided to try Eurasia for a routine oil service. I was disappointed with their workmanship or prehaps I was just too fussy - you can decide for yourself. From the lounge area, I watched in dismay as the tech used my hood as a hard surface to write on. He also didn't use a fender cover when he let a reddish colour rubber hose hanging over the fender. At the end, the bill was $240 for the oil change with a new cabin air filter installed. When I returned home, I compared my last oil service invoiced by Edmonton BMW which was done at 20 months/9000 km earlier for about $160. That is a 50% increase in 20 months. Furthermore, considered that the cabin filter was changed then, it shouldn`t have to be replaced for another 11,000km - I drive my car sparingly in the summer and mostly in the city. Eurasia could have asked if I wanted a new filter installed or just leave it and save me $56. Lastly, I washed my car and polished the fender to remove the minor scuff and gease marks left by the hose which was so carelessly placed. After this experience, I will gladly pay a BMW dealership to perform the upcoming Service Inspection 2 (in 15,000km), knowing that it will be done to my expectation.
