Heads of State has two conveniently located stores; one in Denver’s Northwest neighborhood and the other in Lakewood on west Colfax. Heads of State’s original location has been a staple of the northwest corner of 44th and Federal Blvd. for almost four decades. Our community, neighborhood and surrounding cities have trusted us to supply their smoking needs since 1979.
