Without Mike on my side I would not have known what to do. Mike is a very professional and outstanding Lawyer who will go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. I filled out the online form - someone called me and did the intake. Next thing I know another law firm called me and said they were referred to me by Diamond & Diamond - without my consent. I never heard of this other law firm and did not give D&D my permission to give them my name. How dare they!

I came across with a Globe and Mail article "Case offers window into widespread referral fee use". It blows the cover of Jeremy Diamond and the law firm. Jeremy Diamond is a marketer and he takes referral fees from other law firms. That makes his advertising false advertising. I searched people’s reviews from several sources and Jeremy Diamond’s actions have hurt a lot of people.

It sucks. Forget it.

I am looking for a lawyer to represent me. Because The Diamond and Diamond put their ads on the buses, on the radio and even TV, I took time to check them out. Like some people remarked already, the lower ratings were from the people who had real experience with this law firm but the 5 star ones did not feel real. I suspect if they spend a lot of money to advertise themselves so intensely and widely, their emphasis is to target as many people as they can reach. I must say, they are the Personal Injury law firm that uses advertising the most. Funny though, their ads were really amateur: "Nothing tougher than diamond". Is that the best they could say about themselves? What if the name was Wood or Carpenter? They also claim: "Jeremy Diamond and his team have 30 years of combined experience." I could not find the date this law firm was established. I only can count a dozen people in the team photo, so on average each person has less than 3 years experience. Also there are a few rating systems in the legal profession, the Diamond got none of them. They boasted they have 2 years in a row the Best Consumer rating. Personal injury victims are not consumers.
