Blaskin & Lane Tire Ctr

These guys totally wasted my time!!!!!!! My car had already been there for hrs when they called to ask where my lug nuts key was; they said they’d me right back if they couldn’t find it, but couldn’t be bothered to do so!? When I arrived my car was left running on a hoist for who knows how long. They told me that they took everything out of the car; how violating and unnecessary. I found the key for the wheels within 2 seconds upon arriving. Oh and these awesome dudes also stole the change I left out. Thanks a lot guys!!! I’d never go back and wouldn’t recommend these dilholes to anyone ever.

I'm not sure if this is the correct location - But I went to the Blaskin & Lane Tire Ctr on Macleod Trail near Heritage Drive and had help from Ken. I was frustrated with other tire shops, seemingly seeing a young female and trying to take advantage of that (Trying to force winter rims on me when I wasn't interested, insisting that it is mandatory to buy new TPS sensors when changing tires over, etc,.). Unfortunately for them, I did know exactly what I wanted - And had a Dad growing up who believed it very important for his daughters to know their way around a vehicle! After other places trying to force unnecessary things on me - I walked into Blaskin & Lane having never been there before, but was greeted right away by Ken and I told him exactly what I was looking for, without any questioning or trying to up-sell, he took me right to the tires I was hoping for. He even picked up the ringing phone and put a customer on hold while dealing with me, and also having a lineup starting to form at the front desk. He didn't rush me or become distracted by any of this, even though I told him he could deal with the phone/other customers and I'd wait! Ken was fantastic, he didn't hesitate to mention the mail-in rebate offered by Bridgestone (I purchased the Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2 Winters) to save me $70.00. I was expecting to wait three weeks or so to get in to have the tires put on (as it was mid-November), but he had two spots the very next day! I couldn't believe it. Ken and his staff were so very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Without Ken knowing my Dad had put me through the ringer growing up, making sure I know all the tire lingo, he took the time to explain everything to me as well as the pros and cons of different tires/treads. I have never felt so respected and appreciated as a customer when it comes to vehicle services. I will most definitely be returning to Ken at Blaskin & Lane for all my future tire/rim needs! I am planning to purchase new rims for my summers when I do the switch over in the spring, and I wouldn't take my business anywhere other than Blaskin & Lane! Thanks so much guys, you're awesome!

What good service I had at this buisness. Friendly staff quick service and the price was way less than other dealers. I will be returning for more repairs and will recomending this service to family and friends.
