Unwilling to participate in resolution of issues created by incorrect repair diagnosis.

Friendly owner & staff and I think they honestly tried to fix my Ford's electrical issues. My first clue should have been the fact that A-Tech totally ignored my appointment request made through their website and getting someone to pick up the phone initially was like pulling teeth, but I went ahead and setup an appointment anyway. I brought the vehicle in with non-working low beams, electric mirrors, rear wiper, rear defrost and horn. After a week of effort by A-Tech, I brought the vehicle home with low beams and horn fixed, mirrors, wiper, defrost not repaired... and Radio no longer working and rear hatch panel cover not reinstalled. You could see the radio was not functioning as it didn't even light up and the panel? Shoddy attention to detail. A-Tech helped my son with his car and he was happy with their service 4 years ago. So... they may be ok, but my experience with them was not stellar. Electrical issues are hard to hunt down sometimes, but it took way too long and final results not good. It really bugged me that my attempts to fix the radio afterwards resulted in damaging it even more - not directly A-Tech's fault, but I wouldn't have had to try fixing it had they done the job properly in the first place.

Brought my vehicle in to be repaired... First off told me it would be completed by end of day, as I had to take day off of work...we followed up and was told again by 5pm drove there from Edmonton tone told.. Nope wrong part from Ford... And when they noticed the tech that worked for them didn't go and grab it... Got told son was fired that day and that one technician also quit in them... I am assuming based on attitude of owner. Didn't offer any compensation... Had to rent a car from budget as they were closed for the weekend and was promised car on Monday... Charged me more for the service then quoted... For me to go home and find out after 2 full days of rain that they never bothered to even FIX my car!! Needles to say I have been trying to get them to fix it, as well as compensate a car rental.. Owner is so unprofessional that he continues to hang up I. The client who he stuffed... Owner has now chosen for me to take legal action in which I will be!
And taking my car to Ford for repair at their cost! And then some!

Best service and most honest mechanic ever!!!! I will never go anywhere else.

I first went to see Wade when my Sunfire window was not working. I had been quoted a crazy amount of money for repair from a dealership. Wade not only repaired my window for half of what my original quote was but his mechanic also turned off an engine light that the fuel tank had triggered, just because he noticed it, not because I had asked. Since then I have heard nothing but great reviews from others that have been lucky enough to find Wade as well! We are returning to have an out-of-province inspection done and continue to pass along Wade and his business name as "the place to go".

Really good service and Wade always delivers. Fleet vehicles are taken there and he has earned my trust and respect as an honest garage.
