I went to my first class last week and I was SOLD. Great teachers, fun music, and regular feedback to make sure I'm using safe form. How did I forget how much fun kickboxing is?!
After getting into school I completely let myself go in terms of working out. After a couple of months attending ILKB, I have regained a lot of confidence and I see a difference in my body. The trainers and staff are all super friendly and are always willing to break down any exercise or punch for you. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get in shape & is looking to learn how to throw a punch. :)
This place is great! I came in pretty skeptical because I don't enjoy working out, but I really enjoyed myself after just one class. So much so, I became a member! Now, I try to go as often as I can. I tend to get/be insecure when it comes to fitness so the tone was really important to me. One of the best things about coming here, specifically this location, is the people. Everyone here is incredibly wonderful whether it be the instructor leading the class or others in the class with you. Everyone is very kind and respectful and makes it a comfortable environment. Every time I go there's a range of fitness levels, so I never have to feel like I'm out of place. It's great stress relief, fun, keeps you moving, and you get to punch and kick things. What's not to love?
Amazing full body workout! It nearly kills me every time I go but I continue to go back. The most exciting part is seeing the weight come off. I have not only lost body fat, but have started to tone up. I have tried gyms and other workout classes, but never really see results this quick. The instructors are always so kind and helpful and continue to motivate you to come to class. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! I'm so glad I made the choice to sign up :)

Kickboxing changed my life! I relapsed on my healthy lifestyle and... signed up for Kickboxing Austin which Im so excited about working out, it beats LaFitness or Crossfit! I will miss it so much when out of town but will be even more excited to be back! I even wish the classes were cheaper. But importantly Im working out and changing my life... Hopefully down the road they will change its prices.

Super facility! The circuit style workouts kick ass, and the instructors are passionate about helping members succeed with their personal goals. Great motivational tool to get in shape, and it's fun! So glad I joined.
These classes are great for a complete full body workout. The routines vary but are always challenging and help you build consistency in your form. The coaches are great, super-motivating and a lot of fun. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to shake up their routine and try something new.
Coming from the girl who struck out in tee ball, I am the most uncoordinated person in the world. At ILoveKickBoxing the instructors are very helpful in making sure your form is right, not that you're doing it fast or keeping up pace with the rest of the class. They also always offer modified exercises knowing that not ever participant is on the same level so no one is ever left out.
Ilovekickboxing ROCKS!!! Up beat atmosphere and awesome instructors!!!They know how to keep you encouraged and motivated throughout the entire workout. The workout begins with a warm up, goes into stretching, bag workout with various punches and kicks, partners workout focusing on various punches and core strengthening and ends with stretches. There are two instructors on the mats going around helping you to maintain proper form to get the most from your workout and to help prevent injury. The staff is very friendly. I have taken classes instructed by Miranda, Veronica and Anna, they will leave your heart beating, legs shaking, and body sweating but in a good way. When you complete your workout you definitely feel a sense of accomplishment. I was able to witness the beginning of a class that Nelson was instructing and he was motivating as well drill sergeant style!!! I would highly recommend this facility!!!
I love this place! Amazing full body workout, great conditioning and endurance training for athletes or beginners. Great, positive environment and good community.
I love this place! I began attending classes about a month ago and after the initial 3 classes were over, I went ahead and signed up for a membership. The staff is amazingly awesome! They get you pumped to keep going even if you don't think you can. Maranda, Nelson, Ana you guys are fantastic!
I love this place! Great staff that know you by name from the first day you come in. They never forget a face, love it! It is such a great workout, even days I'm not feeling like working out, I go and I feel great within a few minutes. They really know what they are doing and they are good at it!
Best work out program that I've experienced. My cardio has tripled, my body is getting ripped, and the classes are never boring. Lots of positive energy and all level friendly. Even as a martial artist of 25 years I still found the warm up challenging... I liked that. Very therapeutic to hit bags and get a great work out in. This place rocks.
The instructors are really nice and helpful, but still kick your butt! It's one of the best workouts I've ever had and a lot of fun!
So, I started out with the intro special that gave me three classes and boxing gloves, it was super great because you are able to really see if this is really the right thing for you without spending a lot of money for something that might not work out. Since then I’ve gotten a membership, which allows me to go as much as I want and I don’t have to schedule classes, which is great because a lot of times they’re booked a week or so in advance.
If you’re looking for results, this is really the place to go, I take about four classes a week and have really noticed a difference in the six weeks that I’ve been going. More so than the three months of boot camp classes I participated in previously. The instructors are great, I always seem to work with Nelson and Anna, both of whom I love, and they keep class fun and interesting. I’ve also worked with Miranda and Veronica on occasion and they’re pretty awesome too.
Classes are always an hour, beginning with a 15-minute warm up, and by “warm-up,” what I really mean is, good luck and definitely bring some water, you will be sweating. Following the warm-up, you go into stretching, and then finally some bag work. After that is partner exercises and conditioning. While the class is hard work, it really is worth it, and it’s super fun. If it weren’t, I definitely would be coming four days a week.
Bottom line, I really recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re a beginner, you will really feel welcome and everyone really does take the time to get to know you and your goals. They also take the time to make sure you’re doing everything correctly (they really don’t want you to hurt yourself) and making sure you’re having a great time.

This place is amazing! Hands down the best workout I've ever had. The instructors were friendly and informative. I love how the class is all level friendly!
