We are a family owned business that was without a website. We were about to move locations for the first time in 23 years, so we knew it would be important to get online so that our customers could find us. MacRAE's helped create a great website, as well as a mobile friendly version and it was up in less than a month, ready for our move. MacRAE'S has great customer service and we couldn't be more pleased with how our site turned out.

Before MacRAE'S, our business wasn't even on the internet. MacRAE'S built us a great website with SEO and we are now showing up on page one under our keywords which is giving us great traffic from the search engines. MacRAE'S helped us with finding new customers so our return on investment with MacRAE'S is absolutely sky high.

I run a private lending firm and was looking for a pay per lead service provider. Google brought me to Macrae's and with one simple phone call, I was on the way to securing a pay per lead campaign. I agreed to payments, had a contract sent to me, but last minute received a call explaining that they could no longer offer me the campaign because they need to "restructure their program".
Pretty shitty if you ask me, to leave a business hanging weeks before a profitable campaign is suppose to commence.
I strongly recommend not working with these guys, they aren't small business oriented.

We are sorry that you had this experience with us. You contacted us on Dec 6th and we cancelled the program on Dec 9th. It was unfortunate that you contacted us just as we were making this decision, holding you up for 3 days.
Our Pay Per Lead Program was a new initiative that we launched in October, but we weren't getting the strong results we wanted for our customers so we decided to discontinue the service. MacRAE'S is focused on bringing the best services to our clients so that we can generate strong leads that convert to sales.
We made the decision to contact you to cancel the program rather than start the campaign, and have you be disappointed with the results. We thought it was more honest to end the contract with you before we began.
