The Elite Experience, Orlando Reviews (1)
We found out about the Elite Experience tour guides via web searches, and made contact with Lance several months in advance to reserve a tour. Originally, we planned on doing two parks in one day (Epcot and Magic Kingdom), but at Lance's suggestion, we decided to limit the tour to the Magic Kingdom park only. In hindsight, two parks would have possible - but it would have been very hectic. >>>>> About a month ahead of time, Elite Experience re-contacted us for information about where we were staying and other reference information that they needed to schedule the tour (including MyDisneyExperience log-in info). And a couple of days ahead before the tour, they contacted us again to arrange for meeting place and time.nnWe met up with their tour guide, Hayley, 15 minutes before the park opened. From there, she took care of all of the arrangements. She had already made the FastPass reservations for us (by logging into our MyDisneyExperience account) and she had her own set of passes. By alternately using both her passes and our passes, and by updating FastPass requests real-time via the Disney app, she was able to keep us going in the FastPass lanes nearly all day. Any time we needed a rest break or a snack, she was able to stop and take care of us. She also filled in a lot of the time while we were walking to and from rides with bits of information about the park. And she really seemed to enjoy her job. It was a very positive experience. >>>>> What we (the parents) enjoyed the most was the relief from the questions and arguments of our 13-year old son. After four days of what seemed to be a never-ending litany of complaints, we were blessed with remarkable acquiescence as our son willingly went along with every suggestion that our tour guide made. That, in itself, was worth the price of the tour! >>>>> Highly recommended!
