About Big G Foods
Although an avid backyard barbecuer for 20+ years, something changed 9 years ago when I binge-watched season 1 of BBQ Pitmasters. Instantly hooked, I knew eventually I wanted out of the corporate life and into the pit life. On days off I would experiment with different recipes, different smokers and different smoking techniques. Only came close to burning down the deck twice but eventually started to figure out the barbecue thing. Friends and family started to enjoy my creations & encouraged me to see if people who didnt know me would feel the same way. As a result, Big G Foods was born and the results speak for themselves.
