I have trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release (stretching and releasing the connective tissue surrounding the muscle), Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and relaxation massage. I continued my training in Ontario until 2010, where, due to unforseen circumstances, I had to discontinue near the end of the program and have yet to complete my training in Ontario. However, with the skills that I have learned and developed, along with further training in Therapeutic Touch (Level 3) that I have since taken, I have developed a confidence in what I do to help people. I have been encouraged by the results I have witnessed in my clients and am grateful for the ability I have been given to help and assist people along their healing journey.
