Eagle Roofing and Construction was hired to install, stain and seal a stamped concrete pathway and patio at my home in Crestwood KY. They installed the concrete in March and asked for payment after the install to pay the concrete truck and workers who performed the install. They then said they would return to stain and seal the concrete and promised they would be back the next day, giving 'their word' they'd be back. They returned once to look at the concrete, but never stained or sealed the concrete, despite repeated phone calls and attempts to contact. They finally answered the phone last week (October) and promised to return this week to complete. They again won't answer my calls and haven't returned to finish the work.
