Got 3-4 tank of gas had to bring it back full??
Didn't let me check over the car when picking it up.
Opens at 8 always late
Asked for drop off they said they are busy, there was 1 person there.

I had made a reservation to pick up a car at the Thrifty Newmarket location on February 24, 2015 at 9:00 am. The previous evening I had received an email reminding me that I had a car reserved for the next day, so my reservation had been taken and was on record. I arrived on time to no car...just two blank stares from customer service reps. They looked at me as if it were the most absurd thing to be showing up at their car rental agency to pick up a car which I had reserved with them. I was told they would have no cars available that day. What could I do? I frantically called around until I managed to get a car from one of their competitors. Later in the day I called Thrifty's Canadian Corporate offices and could only get through to a full voicemail box. So. I decided to call their headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I spoke to no less than six people in the Tulsa offices but was unable to reach anybody who was responsible for customer complaints. I finally gave up. I rent cars often. This was my first time from Thrifty Car Rental. Sometimes you don't receive the type of car you have requested but never have I shown up to receive no car at all. I will never do business with this company again. jp
