Save yourself a truckload of grief and find another mortgage broker. This one will not respond to telephone messages, emails or text. He pushes the envelope a bit too far. He is willing to do things that are illegal and/or unethical and may have consequences for you down the road, such is falsifying an affidavit or asking you to lie on an application (in my case, he did both). He just leaves a really bad taste in the mouth. Look elsewhere.
