If I can put a zero I would. They are very slow to deal with problems. Can't get anyone to help. All staff are incompetent. Will never deal with them again. Everyone beware.

I almost purchased a car from Import Auto Leasing! They missed 3 delivery dates then lied about the state of readiness of the car. Thankfully, before actually taking delivery, I decided to buy a car elsewhere, however, the down payment was not fully returned to me. It cost me $425 to get out of this deal. Not happy about it, but a small price to pay for peace of mind. They couldn't understand why I didn't want to deal with them, after they lied to me??
