Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Closed

I had an awful experience at this location. Firstly, an employee charged the incorrect credit card after explicit instructions to use an alternative one. After admitting the error, Paul, the assistant manager, said he'd make it up to us by giving us a deal on our next rental. Well if a deal is offering us a well advertised rate that all customers can take advantage of and also giving us a car that not only had a broken radio (in that it could not be turned on or off) but also swallowed our CD and wouldn't release it or even let us turn it off then wow what a deal. DONT rent a car from this location. Stick with hotwire.com .... or simply anywhere else.
