Maple Volkswagen

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and poor communication with the service dept and managers at Maple VW. Firstly, I've been trying to make an appointment with the service dept regarding the tints on my windows that were completed from the dealership upon purchasing my 2015 Jetta. I was told that due to the fact that my vehicle is a "lease" that I need to deal directly with a manager named "Eli". Once I was able to get in touch with Eli, after several attempts made and voicemails left to call me back he has advised me to by the dealership and get my car assessed to ensure that it's "covered under warranty". I explained that it was starting to peel on it's own from the bottom of the window on the driver's side. I confirmed a date and time and told him I will see him then. Prior to this upon my arrival I said i was here to see Eli regarding my tints, and they had asked me to sit down and wait. 20 minutes went by and nobody had taken a look at my car yet, so I followed up and they then told me "Eli is not in today". I find it very strange that I was just sitting there assuming he was there. Regardless, the service manager Ryan was able to help and had taken a look to verify and confirm that it would be under warranty. I asked him if I could make an appointment ASAP as I would like to have this completed. He took down my information and advised me that when Eli returns he will contact me. (this was Monday). That same week (Friday, I contacted the dealership again to speak with Eli to confirm he got my information about my vehicle). he was totally clueless as he was the one to advise me to BRING in the vehicle to get assessed. He asked to call me back as he "had to look into it". I did not receive a call back, two weeks ago, I contacted the dealership again and asked to speak with Eli. he was not in, they took my information down and said he will call me back. Next day, no call back. The following day (3 DAYS later) I called again and spoke with Eli, again he was totally clueless about the situation, when I said "im calling regarding my tints, he thought I was another customer. I explained the situation again and then he said he had to look into my information yet again. He called me back last week and we spoke about a specific time and date for my vehicle to be brought in. He said his "outside tint people" will be coming in to complete the repair. My apt was booked for today: May 9 at 3:30 pm. I called the dealership this morning at 9:05 am to confirm the appointment was there and I was told by the receptionist that this apt I would have to speak directly with Eli. I specifically said I need a call back today, and if I don't pick up please leave a voicemail regarding the confirmation. She indicated he arrives at 10 am and will call me back ASAP. I have still not heard back from Maple VW regarding my appointment. I am quite disappointed to say the least, and nobody has called to even follow up or apologize. Basically, no appointment was booked, nobody called me back, and I still do not have a repair on my window. I can truly say this is now my second horrible encounter with this dealership and I cannot wait for my lease to be over.

To begin with, I'd like to say special Thank You to Kenny Zingarelli for his outstanding commitment in helping me buying my first dream car. Maple Volkswagen has really fair prices and its stock is pretty diverse. I was VERY happy to find a jetty gli 2012 in stock, which is what I bought the same day, thanks to the great atmosphere, professionalism and customer friendly staff that works there. I would recommend Maple Volkswagen to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

I have been taking my Golf here for a couple of years, Ryan in service is always very helpful and friendly. My wife and I also recently purchased a Tiguan here and it was a great experience! Kenny was very helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job helping us acquire the exact model we were looking for!

I would like to thank you for all your help with the purchase of my new 2015 VW Golf.I came in on a Thursday night and you allowed me to test drive the car that I was interest in,I bought the car that night and the transition from my previous lease was very pleasant and I thank you for that.The level of customer service from you and the team at Maple VW was prompt and extraordinary and I will refer business to you in the future.
