Budget Car & Truck Rental

I rented with Budget for a recent Business trip as i was looking for cheap prices upon flying into the Hamilton airport. I ended up renting off site at their Upper James location. I found the price and car selection to be excellent. I would certainly use there services in the future.

Booked a vehicle at the Upper James location as i was flying in from out west. I found the pricing and car selection to be excellent. Staff was friendly and very informative. I would certainly use them again on my next trip back.

I *was* going to rent from them a few weeks ago - went with Enterprise instead. Had it all booked and arranged online, they were totally dishonest when you showed up in person - different price, added extra and very questionable fees. They wanted to put a credit card hold much higher than the rental cost with no logical explanation.

Avoid this place - it isn't hard to find a more honest and professionaly run place.

Had a terrible experience, would never rent from budget again!!!

Had an excellent experience this past week. Staff was friendly and professional, car was ready upon request.
