Massage Envy - Ashburn- PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I canceled my membership and asked specifically if I could use my two remaining credits at any time and was told yes. NEVER did anyone tell me that my two credits would expire—until now, when I call to make those appointments, I'm told no, they expired, and I can't use them. No willingness to work with me or anything. Sucky customer service (plus one of the therapists digs his nails in during massages, so it's painful, not relaxing).
