If you want to have to deal with incompetent customer service. RENT from Hertz!
If you want to be taken advantage when your vehicle has been stolen and require a rental through your insurance claim. RENT from Hertz!
If you want to be surprised with multiple holds on your credit card (every other day during an 8 day period). RENT with Hertz!
However, if you want a hassle free rental experience, DO NOT RENT from Hertz!
