I needed to purchase a couple of items for my husband‘s birthday and Father’s Day. I just had back surgery one month ago and I am not able to lift anything. I walked around looking for someone to help me and passed by a few employees that looked right past me. It was obvious that I needed some assistance. Then Randy passed by with another customer he was assisting at the time. But he acknowledged me and made me feel comfortable in asking for his assistance. He went to the items that I needed, loaded them on the cart, went through the checkout with me and loaded them in my car. Not only did he do everything, he made sure the items were secure so if I were to slam on my brakes they would not fly into me. Randy went above and beyond customer service for me and I just want to recognize him And thank him.
