I don't know what the problem is but I waited over 30 minutes in the lighting area for help with purchasing and arranging for installation of a ceiling fan after having a check out women have someone paged to the area and this was after having asked a young women in return customer service for help getting someone to help and was told appliances covers that area. The gentleman I spoke with n appliances stated that he did not cover that area. I gave a 1 instead of 0 because they had the bricks I needed. I've been a faithful Lowes customer for 16 years now but I think it's time for me to use Home Depot or some other hardware store. This is note first time this has happened. Thank you for your service.

I do not recommend lowes on Sheila ln. An employee three kidnapped our 9 year old daughter, while we were there shopping for a washer n dryer set!!!!!!! The employee Lied to us saying she was shop lifting. Which was a lie, then employee threatened to clock out kick my a**, and smoke me.(which I didn't know what that meant til my husband said it means she gonna smoke you with a gun)
