People put all their complaints on FB.. I want to write something postive. Last Monday I THOUGHT my refrigerator wasn't working but I saw that the settings were a bit low so I put them as High as I could and HOPED that it would be cool in the morning. But unfortunately when i got up Tueday morning it was warm. All my food was warm too. I called Lowes at 6:00 AM and talked to someone about getting a black refrigerator I had found on line. They told me it needed to be order and wouldn't be in for about 5 days. BUT the customer service person said they would give me a "loaner" until mine came in . By 10:30 that morning I had the loaner in my kitchen and my old refrigerator taken away. THis morning I got my black refrigerator just as promised ( it actually came in on Saturday even earlier than expected but I requested them to deliver it today. } I just want to commend the Lowes on Shillington Rd on how well they handled what was a "not pleasant" experiance. and all of the people i talked to including the delivery men were just so nice. I told them I would be singing there praises on FB so I am doing just that as promised!!
