Pep Boys

I was in the need of service and repair for my jeep on Saturday March 5th 2016. I called in and spoke to a very nice woman named Tami. I am not from the area so I reached out to several places prior to finding Pep Boys ! It was after 5 and I was not a regular customer. As soon as Tami answered the phone I knew I would be just fine. She helped me so much and when I arrived at the store she was just as wonderful as on the phone. She guided me with all of the information and service I needed to have a safe travel home. Her kindness was very much appreciated . She is very knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly be a returning customer because of her outstanding customer service. I travel to that area once a month and will now do all of my business at this location 1700 Fruitville Pike ,
