Contrary to the positive review here, they have the worst customer service and management. I had to wait more than an hour to pick up my rental. Why is that so, I was already told that it will be ready upon my arrival. Highly disorganized!!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Have tried other car rental companies before, but I find Enterprise Rent a Car in Medicine Hat the only place that delivers exceptional customer service. I usually rent for my business trips (so have a registered corporate account with them, thus get nice discounts), and also very much like their weekend special rates. Certainly got some competitive pricing. Will continue to rent with them in near future!!!
