Pep Boys

Nothing like a good waste of my Sunday time , I made an appointment to drop off my car at 10 AM to replace with new tires , I told the service desk I'll be back at 1 pm and I was told it should be ready by then , came back at 1:40 pm and noticed my car hasn't moved an inch , inquired about it with the service desk and the guy told me he only has one guy today ,and my question was " why do you take more than your work capacity ?" and his answer was " SORRY" .. really ???? that's it . you promised it'll be finished , and I have gone through making appointment and selecting the tires way ahead of time , and all you say is " SORRY" . so who's going to pay for my 3 1/2 hours that I wasted ? pure Pep "Little" Boys work , pure unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.
