34 years of driving the worst shop I've ever been to In My Life I had a hard broken brake line front it's still leaking like a sieve like a garden hose the e-brake worked fine when I dropped it off it's not locked onto my brand new disc scratching the hell out of them the my my brake pedal still goes all the way to the floor out of two weeks my car came back and worse shaped than when I dropped it off by far the worst automotive experience you could possibly have I had a three week wait other places I should have just waited these people I don't have any of them have a license to practice on to work on automotive automotive automobiles none the front office sucks let it ring 133 times to put me on hold for 45 minutes and then ask what can I do for you how about your job for one every all work was done without an estimate illegal lied to me the whole time illegal if you take your car to this person these people expect it to come back in much worse shape than when you dropped it off these are the most ineptotic mechanics I've ever met in my life the customer service sucks horrific I had to give him one star just be able to comment that's the only reason I get one star these people suck Stevie Stevie Wonder and Helen Keller could do a much better job on your automobile for a much cheaper I will see them in court if you're a lot of automotive repair to quote you've got to be s******* me that was their quote when I told him about everything that happened have it all documented I have audio recordings the worst garage automatics I've ever been to in my life ever I've been to some s***** ones these take the cake I don't know how any of them are allowed to practice on any automobile whatsoever do yourself a favor delete pep boys out of your phone they're horrific seriously Helen Keller and Stevie Wonder could have done a much better job having no automotive experience whatsoever
