We are locals who like the beach and Village area of Carlsbad and who enjoy spending our time here. We have traveled all over the world and have enjoyed renting vacation rentals and private residences from others. So, we thought, if we were build the most beautifully appointed Vacation Rental properties with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and within a stone’s throw of the Village of Carlsbad and offered them at a reasonable rate – others would like them too.
