Gain Mobile Electronics Specs

Talking with the owner on Barton St. about installing an amp to my boat. He suggested a switch he has to switch from 1 battery to the other when the key is in accessory. GREAT I thought, it was going to be $100 extra. Took the boat in the night prior, called the next day at 3pm and asked if it was finished. They said not till closed 6pm. Lets just say I waited until 8pm, the stereo never worked right, I had to go to lowes across the street to get screws to fasten down the amp, because there coffee can of nut/bolts/and screws did have 4 screws long enough! Are yea kidding me. I told them I would leave the boat for them to fix correctly, they told me to take the boat out of here and pay them the $400. or to call the Police! Really? They explained that they where to frustrated working on this boat and did not want to put anymore time into it.
Your out of your mind to take anything here!

They completely ripped me off. Lied their faces off, quoted a price then didn't do what they said they would do and screwed up what they did do, way overcharged. When I asked them to fix it, they wanted to charge more money and would denied responsibility , then began screaming at me on the phone, half in our language and half in theirs then they hung up on me.!! DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE!!!!
Wish there was a NEGATIVE 5 BUTTON or at least a definate ZERO

These guys suck brought my car there for a simple remote start and it took three days to get it done nothing but excusse on why it wasn't being done and on top of it my car is not the same as it went in... i recommand you go else were not this Gain on the Mountain because if there was a rate scale zero would not even cover there poor service and knowladge on what they think they know
