Current ad for January discount as of Jan 26/12 says if booking between Jan 15 to 31/12, numerical percentage off based on date so we booked Jan 30th, thus 30%off. Get call saying no bookings available until Feb and when we ask about the sale, they offer 20% off only if we prepay??? Then check email and manager books us for Feb 2 quoting us $130 over the "no hidden cost (on most cars)" online price. The site also claims no GST with online bookings. I email back questioning the quote and Bill claims our vehicle is complicated and needs extra time to install. He then acknowledges the 20% off AFTER THE FACT. Our vehicle is older with newer versions available and when we call another company to ask about the install, we are told that the newer models are actually more complicated than our model. Needless to say, questionable sale, questionable "no hidden costs", questionable no GST claim and definitely a feeling of getting screwed.
