i cancelled my policies (2 vehicles and house) effective August 4th 2017 by calling my agent Yolanda Manzanedo at her office in Coolidge, AZ. I found the same coverage for less money elsewhere. on Thursday 8/23/2017 State Farm withdrew funds from my checking account for policies that were cancelled almost three weeks prior. when i called their home office i was told that all of my policies were still active.
I called Yolanda Manzanedo's office and was told that they were not aware of me cancelling the policies, but they would take care of it.
Checked with their home office today- THEY ONLY CANCELLED ONE OF MY CAR POLICIES.
